A little more about me:
Educator with 3+ years in the classroom and building the 'Leader in Me' program within my school. Completing an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Administration and continuing training in Instructional Design. I'm excited to use my learning theory and Instructional Design experience in learning and development roles.
My Skills
By May 2024, I will have earned two education degrees, providing a significant advantage due to the extensive hands-on learning experiences required for both. These experiences have sharpened my teaching and content development skills, serving as a solid foundation for my current role as an educator and my future pursuits as an Instructional Designer. To further grow my skills, I am actively pursuing additional learning through LinkedIn Learning, engaging in courses tailored to Instructional Design and Learning and Development. Becoming an exceptional educator meant maximizing available resources and being adaptable with the tools I had at hand. As I prepare for a career in Instructional Design, I've taken the initiative to explore various programs regularly used for course and content development across different organizations. If your preferred program isn't among them, don't fret – I'm a fast learner and can easily adapt to something new. I look forward to utilizing my skills to meet your specific organizational needs.

An application that I use for storyboarding, developing brand visions, learning aids, and so much more.

Provides the ability to record demos and create asynchronous E-Learning courses.
